What Is Sleepovers?

This service includes one team member sleeping over at your house and spending time with your pet. During so, we take care of your basic household needs, take care of your pets basic needs, and spend quality time with your animal throughout the day. You can expect daily updates with lots of photos upon request and fast replies to any questions during the stay.

What Are The Requirements For Sleepovers?

Sleepovers require a Meet and Greet where the sitter will be staying and require an introduction to the pet before booking. 

How Frequent Will I Get Updates About My Pet?

We will update you about your pet immidetialy via text or call in a rare event of an emergency. For daily updates and photos, we will provide them throughout the day and upon request. 

What Services Do You Offer Within Sleepovers That Benefit The Household?

While also monitoring your pet day/night, we will also provide you of any changes within the household. Sitters will bring in mail, take out trash, clean up any messes made by the pet, and help with any household chores.

Do You Stay The Entire Time At The Home?

During Sleepovers we will sleep over within your house, so we will be there during the entire night. During the day, we might leave to tend to other animals or get necessities. Sitters will only leave for the period duration instrusted by the owner. 

Do You Care For Dogs With Medications/Allergies/XL Breeds/Disabilities?

We do not discrimate against any animals, all animals are always welcomed to be cared for by the Norwalk Pet Sitter crew. 

Can I Call You During My Time Away?

You are welcomed to call/text any sitter during your stay whenever you are concerned.


What Is Doggy Day Care?

Gone for the day? Let us take care of your animal! Drop off your pet and we will watch them for the day. They will stay in a family household where they have access to lots of attentions, a big front yard , neighborhood walks, park visits, learn new tricks/commands (Upon Request) and all while caring for their basic everyday needs.

What Are The Requirements For Doggy Day Care?

Two requirements for Doggy Day Care: 

- Proof of Vaccination (DHPP/Rabies) 

- Meet and greet in person with pet at household location 

What Do I Need To Bring?

Two things we recommend: 

- Basic Necessities 

- Favorite Items 

What we provide: 

- Dog toys

- Dog water bowls and feeding bowls

- Dog beds (medium sized) 

- Outside dog beds (medium sized)  

- Dog crates (Used Rarely) 

- Dog kongs 

- Dog bones

How Long Can I Keep My Pet There?

There are no time limits to Doggy Day Care and no extra time fees added. Bring your dog however early and pick up however late you wish. Times have to be dicussed ahead of time!

Do They Stay With Other Dogs?

Our house only keeps up to max three animals. Dogs are only allowed together if they have meet prior to the booking or if they are apart of the same family. Besides that, most animals are usually kept individually. 

How Often Will I Get Updates?

You will receive updates however often you request, although you will always be contacted with any change happening with your pet or in case of emergency. 

What Activities Do The Dogs Do When At Doggy Day Care?

Dogs go for park walks (at Cranbury Park), go for neighborhood walks, play in the front yard, trained to understand small commands (will do training session upon request), be fed/watered, and get lots of attention!


What Is Drop Ins?

Let us take care of your animal and give yourself a break! We will go visit your pet in your home and we will take care of them for however long requested. Services wide in range greatly!

What Is Required?

Drop ins require an in person Meet and Greet. 

What Services Are Provided With Drop Ins?

Services are endless when involved with Drop Ins! They can range from: 

- Cleaning a fish tank

- Playtime with your dog

- Watering and Feeding your pet 

- Simply checking on them

- Short training session

- Maintaining a reptile tank 

- Cleaning cat litter 

and whatever else is needed! Just send us whatever you request!

How Long Can The Drop Ins Be?

However long you feel will take to properly care for your pet within a reasonable amount of time. Send us a request and we will provide an anwser! 

Are Dog Walks Included?

No, dog walks are not included within this service and are under a different section of this page. 

Do You Send Updates?

We provide photos of whatever was requested during the service. We also provide however many updates you request and you will be contacted in case of emergency.

Do You Do Routine Drop Ins?

Yes, upon request we can do rountine and daily Drop Ins. 


What Is Dog Walking?

Need your dog to get some much needed energy out? Send us a message! During this service we provide walking during any time of day for up to an hour. You can expect each member to go on a safe, fun, and energy releasing walk each time you choose us to care for your animal.

How Long Are The Dog Walks?

They are up to an hour but, can be as short as you request. 

Do You Walk Multiple Dogs?

Yes, upon request, we can offer services where we walk multiple dogs at once. We can even offer having multiple team members walk multiple dogs. 

Do You Do Daily Or Routine Dog Walks?

Yes, we offer advanced booking for daily or rountine clients. 

What Is Required For Dog Walks?

The only thing required for Dog Walk bookings is a meet and greet with the owner/pet before booking. 

Do You Send Photos?

Yes, we provide photos of the service upon completion. 

Do You Walk In Extreme Conditions?

We will walk in any condition that is safe for the team member and the animal. 


What Is Boarding?

If you prefer your pet to stay with someone else when you are away, then boarding is perfect for you! Pets get to play in the front yard, have their own room, and back patio. During this service your animal will stay in a family household. They will have access to roam around the house when inside along with their own dedicated room in the house. Outside off the room area is a fenced back patio and in the front yard there is a leash/stake (over 30 ft long) for your pet to use when outside in the front yard. Activities included are dog walks, dog training (Upon Request), dog park visits (With Owners Permission), and more!

What Is Required For Boarding?

We have two requirments for Boarding: 

- Proof of vaccinations

- Brushes (for dogs that need daily grooming)

- Dog Shampoo (in case a dog needs a bath)

Where Is The Boarding Facility?

We are located in Cranbury, Norwalk, CT. Your animal will stay in a family household. 

How Often Will I Receive Updates?

You will get updated as frequently as resquested or when changes accure with your pet. You will be contacted immediately in case of emergency.

What Activities Happen During Boarding?

During Boarding, your pet is given all basic needs to thrive within our enviroment. Activities include playtime, walks, trips to the park, cuddles, training sessions, etc;

How Many Other Animals Will Be With My Pet?

Your pet will get the whole downstairs area of the house to themselves. We only keep multiple of animals if the pets have meet prior to booking or if the pets are from the same family.
